Abstract:
The Report is a guide to HIV/AIDS and human rights in the Southern African region. It seeks to: Describe the extent to which SADC countries have used and implemented selected guidelines from the International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights; Describe good legal, policy and human rights practices in relation to HIV and AIDS as well as Outline key human rights challenges facing PLHIV in the SADC region.
