Abstract:
This policy brief explains what WHO recommends on the use of PrEP. The brief first gives basic information on PrEP, followed by issues of cost-effectiveness and considerations for PrEP implementation. It also gives evidence as to why this method is very effective in preventing HIV/AIDS.
